Her 11th, "Is It Over Now? (Taylor's Version) [From the Vault]," debuted at No. 1 a week earlier, interrupting "Cruel Summer"'s reign.
Jung Kook's "Standing Next to You" enters at No. 5, earning his third solo top 10, and The Beatles return with "Now and Then," their 35th top 10 and first since 1996.
All-genre U.S. streaming (official audio and official video), radio airplay, and sales data from full-service digital music retailers are used to calculate the Hot 100. D2C sales are excluded.

Luminate reported 77.8 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 3%) and 13.8 million streams (down 9%) and 4,000 downloads (up 17%) for "Cruel Summer" in the Nov. 3-9 tracking period.
The single stays at No. 1 on Radio Songs for a fourth week, rises 21-8 on Streaming Songs, and falls 12-19 on Digital Song Sales.
Swift's "Is It Over Now? (Taylor's Version) [From the Vault]" topped the Hot 100 a week ago, replacing "Cruel Summer," which slid to No. 6. The album 1989 (Taylor's Version) topped the Billboard 200 and all 21 tracks appeared on the Hot 100.
